This thickk smoothie bowl needs to be eaten with a spoon. There’s not a chance you can slurp up all of this goodness with just a straw. That, to me, is the sign of a fantastic smoothie. Go crazy with your toppings, but remember, the smoothie is the star of the show.

Ingredients

1/4 hyphen 1/2 cup almond milk to start

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen wild blueberries

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen mangoes

-combine all in a blender and blend! top with whatever you’d like, i topped with some fresh fruit, granola, hemp seeds, and chia seeds
