delicious closed mini pizzas, easy peasy.

Ingredients

tomato paste

1 tsp dry yeast

2 cups flour

sausage

1 cup warm water

parmesan cheese

basil

1/2 tsp salt

oregano

Instructions

Step 1

Mix warm water with yeast, leave for 5 minutes, add in flour and salt.

Step 2

Mix and leave in the fridge from 2h up to 24h.

Step 3

Oil your hands, so that the dough doesn’t stick, stretch and form the dough, fill it, then close it, in a preheated oven to 180c, for about 20 minutes more or less.
