my favorite coconut porridge with passion fruit, nuts, coconut milk, banana.enjoy xx

Ingredients

1/3 cup quinoa

1/2 cup oats

1 cup full fat coconut milk

1/2 cup water

coconut milk

passion fruit

nuts

banana

sweetener of choice

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare quinoa, boil until it almost tender

Step 2

In a saucepan combine oats, coconut milk, boiled quinoa, sweetener. place it over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil

Step 3

Reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.

Step 4

Remove from the heat, let it cool for a few mins, serve with toppings
