Ingredients

pinch of salt

banana

maple syrup or sweetener of your choice

coconut chips

30g sesame seeds

vegetable oil

1/3 cup coconut milk

pitaya optionally

1 mango

1/3 cup oats

Instructions

Step 1

Blend mango with coconut milk until smooth, slice banana and pitaya, place everything in a bowl; for topping heat vegetable oil in a pan with maple syrup (or another sweetener), add rolled oats, sesame and pinch of salt, fry until golden brown, sprinkle with coconut chips.
