1 tsp cornstarch

1/3 cup ap flour

vegetable oil for frying

1/2 onion finely chopped

1 tsp baking soda

1 sweet corn

1 middle potato boiled & mashed

4 tbs water/plantbased milk

pinch of salt and pepper
