delicious vegan cauliflower wings 🌱 served with sweet chili sauce or any of your choice.

Ingredients

1 cauliflower head

1/2 tsp pepper

1 cup panko bread crumbs

1 tsp paprika

2 tbs cornstarch

1/2 tsp salt

cooking oil

1 cup water

1 cup all purpose flour

sweet chili sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, discarding the tough stems. rinse them thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 2

In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. add water and mix again. prepare another bowl with panko bread crumbs. meanwhile heat the oil in saucepan.

Step 3

Dip each cauliflower into the flour mixture, coating it evenly, then roll in crumbs.

Step 4

Deep fry the cauliflower wings for about 4 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy. stir them occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Step 5

Once fried, use a slotted spoon or tongs to remove the cauliflower wings from the oil, place the fried cauliflower wings on a paper towel-lined plate or wire rack to remove any remaining oil.

Step 6

Serve with sweet chili sauce or any of your choice.
