Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oats
coconut
1/2 tsp baking powder
splash of vanilla
1 scoop of protein
chocolate
1 1/2 banana
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180Β°c (350Β°f).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, milk, and mashed banana. if you prefer a smoother texture, you can blend the banana with the milk before mixing it with the oats.
Step 3
If you choose to add protein to your baked oatmeal, stir in one scoop of protein powder into the oat mixture. this is optional and can be skipped if you prefer.
Step 4
Add the baking powder and a splash of vanilla extract to the mixture. stir everything together until well combined.
Step 5
Pour the oat mixture into a baking dish or oven-safe ramekins. you can use individual ramekins for single servings or a larger baking dish for multiple servings.
Step 6
Now, it's time to add the toppings/fillings. place sliced banana, chocolate, and shredded coconut on top of the oat mixture in the baking dish or ramekins. you can be creative with the toppings and add any other ingredients you like, such as nuts, dried fruits, or seeds.
Step 7
Place the baking dish or ramekins in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes. the exact baking time may vary depending on your oven and the size of the dish, so keep an eye on it. the baked oatmeal should be golden and set when it's ready.
Step 8
Once the baked oatmeal is done, take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
