i think i will never get bored with mango and all this tropical stuff. but sometimes i really miss that wide variety of apples/pears/berries etc that i used to eat when i was living in Ukraine.

Ingredients

1/2 mango

coconut chips

1/2 passion fruit

peanut butter

60 g dry quinoa

coconut milk

Instructions

Step 1

Cook the quinoa for 12 minutes and add coconut milk in the end.

Step 2

Slice up mango and add passion fruit, peanut butter, coconut chips and coconut milk as toppings.
