Ingredients
butter
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
2 large chicken breast scored and cross hatch
2 tbsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp sazon tropical seasoning
salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning jamaicavalleyuk
1 red chilli cut in small pieces optional
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp green seasoning baronfoods
oil to fry
2 tsp chicken seasoning jamaicavalleyuk
1 cup of chicken broth
2 large clove of garlic minced/ diced
1 tbsp creole cooking sauce baronfoods
1/2 green pepper cut in cubes
1tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried parsley
handful of spring onion bottom end
Instructions
Step 1
Massage the chicken with all the marinade in step 1.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan on a medium heat
Step 3
Sear chicken for 8 minutes on each side
Step 4
Add butter
Step 5
Remove the chicken from the pan
Step 6
In the same pan add garlic, spring onion, pepper, chilli and sauté
Step 7
Add rest of the ingredients in step 2 preferably in the same order.

Once the sauce thickens baste the chicken in the sauce for 5/6 minutes before turning off the heat
