An amazing appetizer and a perfect no-grease fry up. Simple to make and a delightful twist for those looking for something different.

Ingredients

1.5 tspcumin rajahspices

1 tsp chaat masala rajahspices

1 tbspchicken seasoning i used rajahspices

1/2 cup of yogurt

1 tspblack pepper

samosa pad shredded

1 tbspsoya sauce

touch of salt

3 tbsphot chilli sauce of your choice i used spicemasterco

oil for frying

i large chicken breast cut in cubes

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the chicken and pat dry.

Step 2

Marinate the chicken using all the ingredients from the marinade section. no specific order is required.

Step 3

Refrigerate the marinated chicken for 10-15 minutes to allow the chicken to infuse with the spices.

Step 4

Cut the samosa pad into thin strips and shred by pulling the layers apart. (refer to the reel for a visual guide).

Step 5

Coat the chicken with the strip, compressing it to form a ball. if the strip gets dry, sprinkle some water to help it stick together.

Step 6

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and fry the chicken for 6 minutes on each side until crispy.

Step 7

Drain the oil and serve hot with your choice of dip. recommended dip: @spicemaster_co.
