mediumLooking for a quick easy recipe? Gotcha. This chicken linguine is irresistible with a creamy sauce, why not make your dinner night extra special. Using my @instantpotuk Vortex Plus VersaZone on a grill mode grill the chicken.
Ingredients
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1.5 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
spring onion for garnishing optional
generous amount of butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 large chicken breast cut in 3 pieces
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup of chicken broth
2 handful of spinach
boiled linguines according to packet instructions
1 small onion diced
1/2 cup of cream
1 tbsp cajun chicken powder
1/2 green pepper
red chilli optional
3 garlic minced/diced
5 mushroom cut in small pieces
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and pat dry the chicken
Step 2
Use all ingredients in step 1 to marinate the chicken.
Step 3
Grill the chicken in the air fryer for 15 minutes on 205c just over 7 minutes on each side and leave aside. note: cooking time will vary depending on the size of the chicken
Step 4
Heat the pan on a medium heat
Step 5
Add butter garlic and onion once sautéd add the remaining ingredients from step 2 in the same order. watch the reel to see how it’s done

Once the sauce is cooked down add the boiled linguine to the pan and mix well.
Step 7
Add the chicken in the pan with the linguine and mix until smothered in creamy sauce

Add the chilli and garnish with spring onion
