easyWho doesn’t like a garlicky mushroom pasta with herby cheesy Parmesan? The perfect dinner ready in 20 minutes especially for the days when you’re pressed for time.
Ingredients
10 medium mushrooms cut in
pasta for 2 serves
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp chilli flake
1 cup double cream
1 tsp dried herbs
4 clove of garlic diced or minced
2 tsp dried parsley go ahead and use fresh if you have any
handful of spring onion chopped optional
1.5 tbsp butter
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta, drain and leave aside
Step 2
In a pan on a medium heat add butter
Step 3
Once butter melts add mushrooms and stir for one minute
Step 4
Add garlic and stir further minute before adding the dried herb and spices above
Step 5
Add double cream and stir well before adding the broth
Step 6
Add the pasta and mix to combine all ingredients together
Step 7
Add parmesan cheese
Step 8
Give it a final mix before turning the heat off
Step 9
Garnish with spring onion or fresh parsley ( optional)
