Ingredients
1 egg
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil for cooking
steak sliced in strips
1 tbsp chilli oil according to spice tolerance
1 tsp dark soya sauce
julian sliced vegetable of choice optional because we love veg
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Instructions
Step 1
In a pan add the sesame oil
Step 2
Fry the beef strips until crisp and remove from the pan.
Step 3
In the same pan add extra oil and let it heat
Step 4
Add sliced vegetable of your choice (optional)
Step 5
Add the sauces in step 3 and give it a good mix
Step 6
Add the cooked beef strip to the mix and fold in before adding the spaghetti
Step 7
Give it a final stir before turning off the heat.
