Ingredients
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
green chilli chopped add desired amount
1.5 tbs oil
1 tsp coriander powder
hand full of fresh chopped coriander
cheese string cut in half
generous amount of ginger
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seed crushed
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
500g mince meat
1 tsp cumin powder
1 medium onion diced
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and drain the mince meat.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients in step 1 in any order.
Step 3
Mix well to combine all the spices.
Step 4
For best result, marinate at least 1 hour before and refrigerate.
Step 5
Take 2 tbsp of mince and form a flat ball.
Step 6
Add the cheese in the centre and close it using both hands. roll with your palm to form your ideal shape.
Step 7
Turn the air fryer on a grill mode at 205c for 15 minutes and load the tray. if you prefer a soft outer layer, cook for 10 minutes.
