the legendary peanut and chocolate vegan tart 🫶 i am so obsessed with this one

Ingredients

1 cup of chocolate

peanuts

peanuts

1/4 cup coconut oil

4 hyphen 6 tbsp water

1/3 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

sea salt

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tbsps almond butter

2 cups oats

1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Step 1

Blend the oats or use oats as they are. for the base, combine the ingredients for the base, mix until combined. form a tart in a tart tray or in a cupcake tin. bake them for 12-15 minutes, don’t overbake, preheated oven to 180c.

Step 2

For the caramel, melt the coconut oil and maple syrup together for 1 minute, whisk the almond butter in, mix until fully incorporated and smooth.

Step 3

Melt all the ingredients for the chocolate chip together except the peanuts.

Step 4

Take the cooled tarts, fill them with the caramel, add some peanuts, then in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes and then add the chocolate layer and sprinkle some peanuts, in the freezer or fridge for up to 2 hours!
