Strawberry jam christmas cookies

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup unsalted butter softened

1 large egg

2 1/2 cups allpurpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup powdered sugar

Step 1

Beat butter and sugar together, add in one egg, vanilla extract, beat, but don’t overbeat.

Step 2

Sift in flour and baking soda, mix.

Step 3

Refrigerate for 15 minutes. preheat your oven to 175c, roll out your dough, press any forms you like, in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
