i'm in love with this cheesecake

Ingredients

525g of cream cheese

250ml sour cream

360g biscuits

4 eggs

2 tbsp sugar

200g sugar

2 tbsp of butter

Instructions

Step 1

Grind finely the biscuits, add in butter & sugar, shape it in a prepared pan, leave it to rest.

Step 2

Mix cream cheese with sugar, add sour cream, mix, add eggs.

Step 3

Add the mixture to the base. in a preheated oven to 169c, for about 40-50 minutes.

Step 4

After baking, let it cool completely, decorate with your topping of choice!
