Ingredients
3 tablespoons flaxseed meal
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1/3 cup honey
1 orange
100g chocolate
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
Step 1
Place the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl. set the bowl over a saucepan of water and bring the water to a simmer over medium to medium-high heat. stir and heat until the mixture is smoothly combined.
Step 2
Remove the bowl from the saucepan. add the oats, protein powder, flaxseed, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl with the peanut butter mixture. stir to combine. the mixture will seem very dry at first but will come together as you stir. it won't be sticky but should hold together when pressed.
Step 3
Press the mixture in a prepared pan, in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate with coconut oil, pour over the mixture in the pan, top with oranges and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
