Mini apple pie

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp butter

3 apples

1 tsp baking soda

3 tbsp water

210g brown sugar

1 3/4 cups allpurpose flour

1 egg

170g butter

4 tbsp brown sugar

Step 1

Cream butter and sugars together for 5-7 minutes, until light and fluffy. add the egg, beat until combined.

Step 2

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. dough will be thick.

Step 3

Make balls of about 2 tbsp of dough. press cookie dough in bottom and about 1/2 way up the sides of each cupcake cup, forming a cup shape.

Step 4

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180c.
