Matcha turtle cookies

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tsp matcha

1 cup butter

2 cups flour

pinch of salt

Step 1

Beat butter and sugar very well until creamy and fluffy. add in sifted flour and salt, then mix in matcha. shape the cookies. in a preheated oven to 180c for about 10-12 minutes.
