fall season has not started if you haven’t made raspberry jam crumble bars. melt in your mouth kind of dessert 🥹 dough will be crumbly but don’t worry, it’s just how it’s supposed to be!

Ingredients

pinch of salt

220g cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup oats

raspberry jam

Instructions

Step 1

Beat or stir butter with sugar until combined and fluffy, add in flour and salt in additions.

Step 2

Press the dough in a form, leave 3/4 or 1/2 of the dough for the crumble. add a thin or thick layer of jam. crumble the rest of the dough on top.

Step 3

Preheat oven to 180c.

Step 4

Put in the oven for about 25 minutes.
