Lemon cheesecake cookies

1/2 cup brown sugar

lemon juice

sprinkle of salt

baking soda

baking powder

powdered sugar

1 1/4 cup flour

lemon zest

1/2 cup butter

cream cheese

1 egg

Step 1

Beat butter and sugar, add in egg, sift in dry ingredients.

Step 2

Bake in a preheat oven to 180c, for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

For the frosting, mic together the cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest and powdered sugar.

Step 4

When the cookies are ready, let them cool and decorate with frosting and a lemon slice!
