3 ingredient chocolate truffles

1/4 cup butter

cocoa powder

3 bars of chocolate

3/4 cup of heavy cream

Step 1

Heat heavy cream, until simmering not boiling, add in chopped chocolate, stir until creamy, add in butter, stir until melted.

Step 2

Pour into a bowl, let it cool, add on a cover, let it sit in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes.

Step 3

After, scoop out with a teaspoon ball shaped forms, then roll into cocoa powder.

Step 4

Let them sit for another 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
