I don’t think there’s anything better than this almond flour chocolate fondant cake

Ingredients

2 tbsp powdered sugar

4 eggs

5 tbsp of cocoa powder

200g cream cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

sprinkle of salt

sprinkle of baking soda

100g brown sugar

144g almond flour

4 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp freshly brewed coffee

1 tbsp milk

Instructions

Step 1

Mix eggs, sugar, olive oil, coffee, milk mix together until combined.

Step 2

Add in almond flour and cocoa powder, salt and baking soda, mix thoroughly until everything is completely combined.

Step 3

Bake in a preheated oven to 180c, for about 20 minutes. as it’s fondant cake it doesn’t have to be cooked until the last minute, so 20 minutes is the best time for a fudgy centre and slightly crisp edges!🤎

Step 4

Beat cream cheese with cocoa and sugar, add on the cake when cool.
