Ingredients

100ml almond milk

3 tbsp powdered sugar

95g flour

4 eggs

100g suga

1 tbsp whole milk

strawberries

300g mascarpone

2 tbsp raspberry jam

150 ml heavy cream

Instructions

Step 1

Separate egg yolks from egg whites. beat egg whites with sugar (50g) until stiff peaks, mix egg yolks with the rest of sugar.

Step 2

When egg white mixture is done, add in the egg yolk mix, fold in carefully. sift in flour, mix until combined.

Step 3

Spread on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes. when done, peel off the baking paper (slowly) then add a light layer of the soaking mixture, spread on the filling, add the strawberries. time for rolling!
