Chunky & chewy oatmeal cookies

80g sugar

60g butter

1 egg

pinch of salt baking soda

100g flour

nuts

60ml oil

chocolate

150g oats

Step 1

Beat butter with sugar and oil, add in egg, mix until just combined.

Step 2

Sift in flour, salt and baking soda, mix, add in oats, add in your choice of filling.

Step 3

Shape into balls, bake for about 10-15 minutes on 180c.
